Nicholas P. Papacharalambous, CPA, has operated and manage his own accounting firm since leaving Arthur Andersen & Co. as a tax manager in May 1993.  His firm has provided expert witness and testimony as well as planning, coordinating including development of timetables and budgets, addressing audit, tax, and accounting issues, and controlling the execution of the financial and tax statements.  His responsibilities’ have included the preparation and review of financial statements as well as federal and state tax returns.

His publications have included the Health Care News as well as The Journal of Applied business Research - Volume 6, Number 4, Fall 1990

He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Texas State Board of Accountancy, Texas Society of CPA’s, and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
